These two beautiful kids are just precious! We met at their beautiful house to capture Baby "K" & Big Sis "A". Baby "K" smiles all the time but that evening he was a bit sleepy but did soooo good! Happy Anniversary Ryan & Elisha ~ Washington DC Wedding Photographer
Its already been a year for so many of my weddings from 2009! One thing I want to really try my best to do this year is post a few pics from each wedding I shot the year before! SO, I know I'm a bit behind..I've got a few to catch up on from Jan - March already! Its sooo special to be a part of all of these wonderful days. I love my job. I love what I do. I get to do something I LOVE and be a part of one of the most important days of a couples life!! I'm blessed. HAPPY HAPPY Anniversary to Ryan & Elisha. Karla C Photography & I took an awesome road trip to Washington DC last March and had sooo much fun capturing these two and their entire wedding party. You can see a few more from the day here. Gosh looking back I could just keep posting...so much fun. The 2nd pic is their first reaction after seeing each other in a "first glance" session. Its one of my most fav from their wedding. My last pic...I just had to post at least one shot from Elisha's bridals. Isn't she beautiful?!

Happy Monday to all! It was so nice to meet all the brides and vendors at the High Country Wedding Expo held by A.C.E.S at Chetola Resort in Blowing Rock NC! The rain didn't seem to keep any of us at home! A few of the vendors I got to know quite well since we were in the same room during the show was US Party Patrol (super sweet couple, very nice presentation, loved the music). J.W. Tweeds was right next to us. They are located in downtown Blowing Rock NC (8282958921) and offer some very fun, classy and different choices for your suits, tuxedos & ties! I loved all the options. Tracy Brown with Mary Kay was there and we realized we went to school together so that was neat. Its such a small world! I had some wonderful cake from Stick Boy Bread Company . I hear their sticky buns are yummy delic I will definately pay them a visit next time in Boone. Events By Elizabeth Ashley... super sweet personality! I hope to work together very soon. Event Coordinaters can save your life when planning such a large and oh so important event! OH so cute kiddos of "Busy Bee Wee School" at Day3 Church!
I had the opportunity to photograph the kids of Busy Bee Wee School at Day 3 Church last week! An adorable group of kids!! You can see the different personalities come out in each and everyone of them. As you can see I didn't do the "normal" school picture type look. I had to bring a bit of my style to the portraits even if its "school pictures". If I could have more time with each child oh the fun we could have... making faces and being silly!!
